Coal Chamber is completely unacceptable even for nu-metal.

God damn you have a stronger stomach than me. They have some of the worst lyrics I've ever heard.

Early Mudvayne definitely had its moments.

There are probably exceptions here and there.

I'm somewhat relieved Coal Chamber never became widely popular down here, that is if "Loco" is anything to go by. Even for nu-metal that's some pretty awful lyrics and instrumentation going on right there.

Alice Cooper - Greatest Hits (the '74 version) Michael Jackson - Dangerous Guns N' Roses - Use Your Illusion II
I know, very random selection but my girlfriend was selling off her collection and this is all she had worth taking. Not really into Cyndi Lauper or Kajigugoo.

I've been picking up a lot of Christian metal lately, mainly to see how much of it that is out there is actually good. Last haul included, amongst other things:
Morbid Sacrifice - Severed Death: I recalled reading Noktorn's review of this album a while back and it is pretty much everything that he says it is. Very weird album, I'm enjoying it though.
Erasmus - Memento Mori I: Outrecuidance: This would be fantastic if the fucking drums didn't clip all the fucking time and make the recording emit that irritating "click" sound. It's a real shame. Wonderful soundscapes and use of ambiance.
Mortification - Scrolls of the Megilloth: I guess I needed a physical copy of this and it was only $8 anyway. I'm pretty sure everyone has heard this album.
Also picked up Nunslaughter's Face of Evil demo, which is pretty entertaining. I was surprised to see how many tracks off this featured on Hex.
